ZBK15 Roots High Pressure Vacuum Pump Common Faults and Solutions

1. Reduction of pumping efficiency: check whether the belt is slipped, whether the synchronous gear meshing is abnormal, and adjust the rotor clearance to 0.25-0.4mm if necessary;
2. Difficulty in starting: check whether there is scale accumulation in the pump (can be cleaned with 5%-10% hydrochloric acid) or welding slag, and check whether the rotor shaft is bent synchronously;
3. Abnormal noise: if the rotor is rubbed or the gear is dry-grinded, the meshing state of the synchronous gear needs to be re-adjusted and the lubricating oil needs to be replenished;
4. The temperature is too high: reduce the temperature of the cooling water to 20-40°C and clean the filter screen of the air inlet.
In addition, the equipment is strictly forbidden to operate in an environment with a dust concentration of > 5mg/m³ or a humidity of >80%, and original accessories must be used to avoid abnormal mating clearances.
