When installing ZBK15, it is necessary to strictly follow the environmental requirements: the working temperature is controlled at 5-40°C, sufficient maintenance space needs to be reserved around, and the foundation needs to be calibrated to avoid rotor stuck. The intake and exhaust pipes should be sealed with a vacuum valve to prevent small leaks from affecting the vacuum level, and it is recommended to install a filter to intercept impurities. In daily maintenance, it is necessary to check the oil level and oil quality every 500 hours, replace the lubricating oil every 2000 hours, and manually turn the car 1-2 times a month to prevent rotor sticking. When it is out of service for a long time, it is necessary to drain the lubricating oil and inject anti-rust oil, and it is recommended to replace the synchronous gear every 3 years.
