ZBK15 roots vacuum pump maintenance method

Despite the high reliability and stability of the ZBK15, some failures may still occur during long-term use. Here are some repair methods for common faults:
1. Reduction of pumping efficiency: possible reasons include the loss of the vacuum pump due to loose belt, air leakage caused by packing wear, and changes in process parameters. In response to these problems, the belt can be replaced or the center distance can be adjusted, the gland can be tightened or the packing can be replaced, the process parameters can be adjusted or the rotational speed can be increased.
2. Abnormal noise or vibration: If there is a sudden violent noise in the machine and the pulley does not rotate, it may be that the rotor is stuck by falling or sucking in foreign objects in the pump cavity, or the bolts of the gear side shaft head are loose and fall into the gearbox and the gear is stuck, and it is necessary to stop the machine to check and take out the foreign objects and overhaul the gearbox. If there is a periodic collision in the machine, it may be that the gear wear clearance is too large and the positioning function fails to cause the collision between the rotors, or the bearing damage causes the rotor to displace, and the gear needs to be replaced, the gear clearance should be adjusted, and the bearing should be replaced.
3. The temperature is too high: the heating of the gearbox may be due to the lack of oil or the oil level is too high, the oil is too dirty mixed with metal shavings, etc., the oil level can be adjusted or the oil can be replaced. If the temperature rise of the bearing part is too high, it may be that the outer ring of the bearing is loose and there is friction, the amount of dry oil is too large or the bearing is damaged, and the bearing or bearing box needs to be replaced, the amount of dry oil can be reduced or the bearing should be replaced.
