Before installation, it is necessary to choose a bright and dust-free building with a temperature of 5 - 40°C as the installation site, and ensure that there is sufficient room around it for daily inspection, maintenance and disassembly. For large pumps, they must be installed separately on the concrete foundation, and the compression area and depth of the foundation must be determined according to the weight of the pump and the pressure resistance of the foundation, and the horizontal treatment of the foundation surface must be done at the same time.
In terms of pipeline installation, there should be no foreign matter such as welding slag and impurities in the outlet pipeline, and it should have sufficient channel capacity. A section of elastic hose is installed in the connecting pipe from the outlet of the roots vacuum pump to the air inlet of the backing pump to reduce the influence of the vibration of the backing pump on the roots vacuum pump. In addition, the pipe connection flange should be sealed with an O-type rubber sealing ring and coated with vacuum grease to ensure that the entire vacuum system is sealed without leakage.
