1. Safety protection:

Fans should not be installed in places frequented by people to prevent injuries and burns.

Avoid installing the fan in places where flammable, explosive and corrosive gases are likely to be produced to prevent accidents such as fire and poisoning.

2. Foundations & Foundations:

The foundation should be firm, flat and a certain height above the ground (e.g. 10-25cm) to ensure the stability of the fan and reduce vibration.

When installing the fan, it should be ensured that the levelness meets the requirements, the number and position of the horn are reasonably distributed, and the contact area between the horn and the foundation is not less than the specified value.

3. Pipes & Accessories:

Pipe connections should minimize the elbow configuration and avoid using 90° right-angle bends to reduce resistance.

The weight of the pipes and accessories shall not be directly added to the fan, and a support device shall be provided.

Accessories such as filters and mufflers should be installed at the air inlet and outlet, and attention should be paid to their selection and installation location.

4. Operation and Maintenance:

Regularly check the fastening of the fan, whether the positioning pin is loose and whether there is oil leakage, scaling, rust and other phenomena inside the body.

Pay attention to whether the lubrication and heat dissipation are normal, change the lubricating oil and clean the filter regularly.

When the fan is running, it is necessary to pay attention to the change trend of inlet and exhaust pressure, bearing temperature and motor current to judge whether the machine is running normally.
