1. Daily inspection:
1) Oil level check: too much oil will increase the temperature, and too little oil will cause poor lubrication.
2) Temperature check: Check the temperature of each part of the pump with a thermometer.
3) Motor load check: measure the motor load with a power meter or current, voltmeter.
2. Roots vacuum pump monthly inspection:
Whether the coupling and gasket are damaged or loose.
3. Roots vacuum pump is inspected every 3 months:
Whether the lubricating oil in the gearbox has deteriorated.
4. Roots vacuum pump is inspected every 6 months:
1) Whether the lubricating oil in the bearing box of the front cover has deteriorated.
2) Whether the piston ring and piston ring bushing are worn.
3) Whether the slight wear of the gear has an impact on the normal operation of the rotor and whether it needs to be adjusted.
