1.The pressure relief valve is composed of a cylinder, a piston group, a protective cover, etc.
2.The cylinder is welded by the left and right end flanges and the cylinder body.
3.In order to enhance wear resistance and prevent rusting, the inner surface of the cylinder is plated with hard chrome.
4.The piston group is composed of a clamping plate, a 0-shaped sealing ring, a piston, a tie rod, etc.
5.The piston pack can be loaded from the left end of the cylinder and fixed in the cylinder by means of a clamp plate, so that it cannot move from side to side.
6.The protective cover is welded by flange, simplified body and cover assembly.
7.When the pressure relief valve is relieved, the protective cover can prevent the piston from flying out and injuring people, which plays a role in safety protection.
8.When the air compressor system is working normally, the system pressure ≤ 0.785 (8kg/cm2), and under this pressure, the pressure relief valve works normally.
9.When the air bag is ignited due to carbon deposition or the gas explosion in the air bag due to some reason, the temperature and pressure in the system rise instantaneously, and when the pressure rises to 1.03±0.049MPa (10.5±0.5kg/cm2), the pull rod is immediately pulled off, and the pressure relief valve is relieved.
10.The high gas in the air bag and pipeline can be released quickly, so as to alleviate the blast wave and avoid accidents.
