ZBK15 high-pressure electric roots vacuum pump maintenance method and structural characteristics

The maintenance of ZBK15 roots vacuum pump needs to strictly follow the technical specifications. For common faults such as vacuum level drop or abnormal noise, it is necessary to prioritize checking the system tightness and the status of the pre-pump, such as locating the leak point through pressure testing, or replacing the lubricating oil and oil seal to restore the sealing performance. If the rotor overheats due to high inlet pressure, the pressure threshold needs to be adjusted and an anti-backflow device should be added. When disassembling the equipment, it is necessary to record the orientation of the rotor and the gap of the partition, clean the parts with alcohol and repair the brushed surface, and ensure that the gap between the rotor and the pump body is controlled within 0.25mm.
