Product features of the 2BX series water medium safety valve

The 2BX Series 1.5L Water Medium Safety Valve is designed for cooling water circulation systems of blowers, vacuum pumps, etc., and is suitable for scenarios that require precise pressure control, such as steam boilers, pressure pipes, and industrial water circulation systems.

Its core advantages are high sensitivity and corrosion resistance, and the stainless steel valve body and spring full-opening structure ensure fast opening at the moment of overpressure to prevent damage to the system due to excessive pressure. The valve's 1.5L volume design cushions pressure fluctuations and reduces the risk of frequency dipping, making it suitable for applications with aqueous media temperatures up to 50°C.

The installation should be arranged vertically at the highest point of the system to ensure that condensate does not accumulate upstream of the disc and avoid jamming of the sealing surface.
