MF-16 Filter Installation Specifications and Troubleshooting Guide

The installation of the MF-16 filter must strictly follow standardized procedures: first, confirm the flange size of the fan's intake port, and select a matching MF-16 model (such as DN50 standard interface); during installation, ensure that the filter screen faces the airflow direction, and use matching sealing gaskets to eliminate gaps at the junctions, preventing air leakage that would reduce filtration efficiency. For daily maintenance, it is recommended to check the dust accumulation on the filter screen every 500 hours of operation; if a pressure difference exceeding 30% of the initial value is detected, cleaning or replacement must be carried out immediately—cleaning can involve soaking the filter screen in a neutral detergent, and using hard brushes for scrubbing is prohibited to avoid damaging the fiber structure of the filter screen. Among common faults, if the fan shows insufficient flow or abnormal vibration, priority should be given to checking the filter for blockage or loose installation; if the filter screen is damaged allowing particles to enter the fan, it must be stopped and replaced immediately, otherwise it may lead to impeller wear or motor overload. Additionally, the MF-16 filter has passed EMC certification, and its explosion-proof structure can withstand extreme temperature differences from -40℃ to 140℃, maintaining over 95% of initial filtration efficiency even in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, providing reliable assurance for stable equipment operation.
