Turbine BlowersStrict adherence to environmental requirements is necessary during installation: the temperature in the machine room should be controlled between 10-45°C, altitude below 1000 meters, humidity below 80%, and a spacing of more than 1500mm between blowers and 1000mm from walls should be reserved to avoid airflow interference. The equipment uses a modular design that supports parallel layout; the foundation should be made of C30 concrete, with a thickness of no less than 200mm. Daily maintenance should focus on regularly replacing the air inlet filtration cotton, cleaning or replacing filter materials according to the pressure difference system parameters in a timely manner to prevent blockage; it is also necessary to check the magnetic levitation bearing controller status to ensure that the electromagnetic levitation system is functioning normally. If there are abnormal noise or vibrations, it is necessary to investigate the magnetic levitation bearings, impeller balance, and motor status, and replace the corresponding components if necessary. The equipment supports remote monitoring functionality, allowing real-time access to operational data through the GPRS system, enabling fault warnings and parameter optimization to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
