The high-quality positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying system is the core equipment for efficient powder transportation in modern industry, which continuously conveys materials in a suspended or flying state in the pipeline through compressed air kinetic energy, and is widely used in chemical, food, metallurgical and coal industries. The system has three significant advantages: first, the conveying distance is long and the efficiency is high, supporting a single-stage power source to achieve stable transmission within 300 meters, and multi-stage series connection up to 1000 meters, and the optimized design of the gas-solid ratio of 5-20 can take into account energy consumption and conveying capacity; Second, there is no pollution in the conveying process, and the sealing of the whole system is strictly controlled at <0.2% of the air leakage rate, which can avoid moisture or impurities in the material in combination with the positive pressure environmental characteristics, especially suitable for materials with high purity requirements such as alumina and plastic particles; Third, the operation reliability is outstanding, using roots blower or roots air compressor as the gas source, and real-time monitoring of pipeline pressure, airflow speed and other parameters through the control system to ensure that the conveying pressure descends along the pipeline gradient, and at the same time supports multi-point synchronous feeding and discharging, and flexibly adapts to the layout of the production line. For example, in the case of ash conveying in a thermal power plant, the system can avoid compressed air waste and improve the conveying efficiency by optimizing the lower limit of the pressure of the bin pump (pneumatic conveying pressure 0.01~0.03MPa).
