When installing 2BV2061, it is necessary to ensure that the base is level, and the shock-absorbing rubber or bolt is poured and fixed, and the pipeline connection shall be made of oil-resistant rubber gasket, and the pipe diameter shall not be less than the suction diameter of the pump body. For the vapor recovery system, it is recommended to install an oil mist filter at the exhaust port to avoid direct water vapor emission affecting the environment.
During routine maintenance, the solid particles in the steam need to be cleaned regularly through the bottom flush port of the pump, and if hard water is used, the pump body should be cleaned with softener every 3 months. When the mechanical seal leaks, it is necessary to check whether the dynamic and static rings are worn, or the sealing ring is aging, it is recommended to replace the lubricating oil once a year, and ensure that the bearing temperature does not exceed 60°C.
