RV-01 Pressure Relief Valve Installation Precautions

1. Location selection: It is recommended to install the RV-01 pressure relief valve in a vertical position at the outlet or inlet pipe of the blower to ensure that the valve can respond quickly to pressure changes. If horizontal installation is required, it is necessary to make sure that the pressure does not rise abnormally due to thermal expansion after the valve is closed.
2. Pipeline design: The pressure drop of the pipeline from the blower to the pressure relief valve should be controlled within 3% of the constant pressure value of the valve to avoid affecting the pressure relief effect due to pipeline resistance. The back pressure of the outlet pipe should not exceed 10% of the valve's constant pressure value to ensure smooth pressure relief.
3. Safety norms: The pressure relief direction should avoid personnel activity areas and vulnerable equipment to prevent accidental injuries caused by high-pressure airflow. After installation, the tightness of the valve and the pipe should be checked, and the connection should be filled with sealant to prevent gas leakage.
