2. Temperature monitoring: real-time monitoring of bearing temperature (normal < 75°C) during operation, and immediate shutdown for inspection if abnormalities are found, so as to prevent chain failures caused by "sick operation".
3. Clearance calibration: check the gap between the rotor and the shell every quarter, the standard value is 0.05-0.1mm, and professionals need to adjust it if it exceeds the range to avoid air leakage or stuck.
4. Filter element cleaning: clean the air filter element every month and replace it when the blockage exceeds 70% to prevent dust from entering the rotor cavity and prolong the life of the equipment.
