Use and Maintenance of Pressure Relief Valves

During normal operation, the pressure in the air compressor system should not exceed 7.84×10^5 Pa (8 kg/cm²).

Regularly check the cylinder, piston, flange connections, and pipelines of the pressure relief valve for any signs of leakage, and ensure that all fastening components are secure.

A designated individual should be assigned to conduct regular inspections and maintenance.

When the pressure relief valve is functioning normally, inspect the tension rod for elongation and corrosion once a month.
