The magnetic levitation blower is directly driven by a high-speed motor, regulated by a frequency converter, and the active magnetic levitation bearing system is used to carry out non-contact and wear-free suspension support for the internal rotating magnetic bearing through controllable electromagnetic force, and the magnetic levitation bearing is directly connected to the impeller with zero transmission loss, so as to achieve the effect of successfully transporting gas without wear, low noise and no lubrication inside the machine.
The function of magnetic bearing is to achieve shaft levitation. It detects the position signal of the rotating shaft through the built-in position sensor, sends this signal to the magnetic bearing controller for conditioning, calculation and amplification to obtain the control current, and then inputs the control current into the magnetic bearing to generate controllable suction on the rotor, so as to realize the suspension of the rotating shaft.
The function of a synchronous permanent magnet motor is to drive the rotation of the rotor shaft. It generates an alternating current with adjustable frequency through a variable frequency power supply, and the alternating current is fed into the stator of the motor to generate a rotating magnetic field, which drives the rotating shaft to rotate at high speed.
The function of the fan is to achieve air blowing. The impeller that rotates at high speed with the rotating shaft drives the air to enter from the air inlet of the vortex shell, and the air becomes a gas with a certain flow rate and pressure under the guidance and pressurization of the vortex shell, and finally blows out from the air outlet of the vortex shell, which realizes the air blowing of the fan.
