1. On the premise of ensuring the water consumption of the unit, the combined pressure reducing valve provides stable and reliable low-pressure cooling water for the water point behind the valve. The decompression ratio can be up to 12:1. The combined pressure reducing valve is equipped with a backflush blowdown system for poor media, and a safety locking system ensures that the outlet pressure remains low in the event of severe damage to the system.
2. The water filter installed on the technical water supply system can provide clean water for the unit to prevent impurities from entering the unit and causing damage. If the water filter is installed after the combined pressure reducing valve, the user can choose a water filter with a lower pressure level, but too many impurities will affect the stable performance of the pressure reducing valve.
3. The hydraulic control valve on the technical water supply system can be opened quickly and slowly closed to cut off the flow of pipeline medium and eliminate the water hammer pressure of the pipeline. The hydraulic control valve with good performance can be used for backflush blowdown while opening and closing, ensuring that the working conditions are not jammed.
4. The pressure relief valve on the technical water supply system can accurately maintain the safe pressure of the pipeline, and once the pipeline exceeds the setting pressure, the pressure relief valve will be fully opened and the pressure will be relieved in time. In addition to the feedback system, the well-functioning pressure relief valve also has a positive opening handle that allows the feedback system to be switched or directly discharged manually in the event of a malfunction.
