For the maintenance of the 2BX Series 1.5L Aqueous Safety Valve, the sealing face and spring performance need to be checked regularly. If a leak is found, it can be solved by grinding the sealing surface or replacing the spring; If there is a frequency jump or vibration, adjust the spring rate or check the resistance of the discharge pipe.

During maintenance, the valve cover, spring assembly and valve disc guide sleeve need to be disassembled, and the sealing surface should be repaired according to the process of "coarse grinding-fine grinding-fine grinding" after cleaning to ensure that the sealing surface finish reaches the mirror standard. During assembly, it is necessary to maintain the concentricity of each component to avoid seal failure caused by part deviation.

It is necessary to prevent oil scale or impurities from clogging the valve body on a daily basis, especially in steam applications, and to discharge manually at regular intervals (once a week is recommended) at a discharge pressure greater than 80% of the operating pressure. In addition, if the crystallization temperature of the medium is higher than the ambient temperature, it is necessary to install a thermal insulation jacket and purge steam to prevent the crystallization of the medium from clogging the pipeline and ensure that the safety valve can still operate normally in a low temperature environment.
