In daily maintenance, the oil level needs to be regularly checked to ensure it is at the midpoint of the sight glass, with specialized lubricating oil replaced every six months. The intake and exhaust ports should also be cleaned to prevent dust blockages. If abnormal vibrations or noises occur, the machine must be stopped immediately to check the impeller clearance, bearing wear, and gear meshing condition, and the gap between the impeller and casing or wall panels must be adjusted to the specified value if necessary. For long-term shutdowns, the lubricating oil in the gearbox should be drained and covered with a dust cap to avoid rusting. Through scientific maintenance, the NSRH blower can achieve stable operation for over 10 years, reducing comprehensive costs for aquaculture enterprises.
